On April 19, 2023, Universal Logistics Inc. acquired Elliott Custom Brokers, a division of The Georgetown Group Limited.

Universal Logistics, headquartered in Thornhill, Ontario, is a family-owned company that provides logistics services in Canada and the US. Elliott Custom Brokers is an international customs broker, headquartered in Georgetown, Ontario, with agents across Canada and the US.
