After Barbara Jouffa's recent arrival in the Corporate M&A / Private Equity department, the Paris office of international law firm Gowling WLG is delighted to welcome a new partner, Antoine Pampouille, to the Banking and Finance department.

Antoine joins the department alongside Danhoé Reddy-Girard. He acts for French and foreign financial institutions, particularly in structured finance and debt restructuring, across renewable energy, infrastructure and corporate real estate sectors.

Antoine has developed a solid expertise in project financing in the energy (in particular in renewable energy) and infrastructure sectors. Antoine's arrival strengthens the synergy with the Energy team of Gowling WLG's UK, Canadian and Paris offices. The team advises leading French clients with significant financing needs.

Antoine said: "I am delighted to join a firm with many complementary skills, which operates as a network and draws on the diversity of its talents. This multidisciplinary and integrated approach allows us to bring together a variety of expertise. Clients are looking for this pragmatic and complementary approach. In any case, this is Gowling WLG's strategy, to which I intend to contribute actively."

Danhoé, partner in the Banking and Finance department, added: "In line with the deployment of our new strategy, Antoine's recruitment confirms our ability to advise leading players in France and abroad in the financing sector as well as in the energy industry on all legal aspects of these operations."
