Clare Robinson

Clare Robinson is a first-year summer student in the Intellectual Property Group at Gowling WLG’s Ottawa office. 

Clare attends the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University. During her first year there, she volunteered at the Dalhousie Pro Bono Immigration Clinic and the Dalhousie Legal Aid Service. 

Before law school, Clare earned a bachelor’s degree in biomedical sciences. She worked in research labs in Ottawa and Lyon, France, and as a Medical Scribe in the Queensway-Carleton Hospital Emergency Department in Ottawa. 

Clare has volunteered at the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario, the Carlington Community Health Centre, the Ottawa-Carleton Association for Persons with Developmental Disabilities, and Twice Upon A Time. She operates an online business selling vintage home and fashion products.

Clare enjoys practising yoga, going to the theatre and sampling new gelato flavours.
