Clare Robinson

Clare Robinson is an associate in Gowling WLG’s Ottawa office, practising in the Intellectual Property Group. Her practice focuses on trademark prosecution and litigation, as well as brand protection and trademark portfolio management.

Clare completed her JD at the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University, with a Certificate in Law and Technology. During her studies, she volunteered at the Dalhousie Pro Bono Immigration Clinic and the Dalhousie Legal Aid Service.

Prior to law school, Clare earned a bachelor of science (honours) in biomedical science from the University of Ottawa. During this time, she completed research internships in neuroscience and cellular biology labs in Ottawa and Lyon, France.
