Kristen Kilroy

Kristen Kilroy is a Toronto-based Gowling WLG associate who advises on intellectual property law, with an emphasis on intellectual property litigation.

Kristen summered and articled with Gowling WLG in the firm's Intellectual Property Group. She has experience assisting in numerous ongoing matters relating to patent, trademark, copyright and advertising law. Kristen has appeared before the Ontario Small Claims Court.

While completing her articles, Kristen was seconded to one of the world's largest beverage companies.

Kristen completed her legal studies at Western University, where she graduated with distinction and was awarded the Ailbe C. Flynn LLB '97 Memorial Scholarship for achieving the highest standing in the area of concentration in intellectual property, information and technology law.

During law school, Kristen volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada Family Law Program and Elgin-Oxford Legal Clinic.
