Mawson Gold closes public offering of common shares

On December 9, 2021, Mawson Gold Limited (TSX: MAW) (Frankfurt: MXR) (PINK: MWSNF) announced that it had closed its previously announced public offering (issued pursuant to a preliminary prospectus supplement to its short form base shelf prospectus dated March 13, 2020), raising gross proceeds of $5,500,050. Red Cloud Securities Inc. and Sprott Capital Partners LP acted as the co-lead agents with respect to the offering.
Mawson Gold is a leading Nordic Arctic exploration company with a focus on the flagship Rajapalot gold-cobalt project in Finland. The company also owns or is joint venturing into three high-grade, historic goldfields in Australia.
