On June 5, 2023, Farm Health Guardian Ltd. announced that it was merging with NoveTechnologies, LLC, to bring revolutionary farm biosecurity technology to pork and poultry producers in North America.

The company is launching Protocol, a biosecurity management system that utilizes facial recognition technology for controlled access of livestock barns. This system enables farm managers to lower the risk of diseases entering barns by proactively controlling the people entry points.

Farm Health Guardian, headquartered in Guelph, Ontario, is a proven biosecurity management tool for farmers and food companies to improve biosecurity and disease prevention, saving time and reducing costs. 

NoveTechnologies, based in Omaha, Nebraska, is an agricultural technology company that developed Protocol,  a facial recognition barn entry system that controls controlled access points to ensure the highest security and disease prevention protocols for farms.
