Imogen is an experienced banking and finance lawyer, specialising in real estate finance. She has acted for a wide range of clients, including lenders and corporate borrowers on various structures secured, unsecured, JV arrangements, unit trusts, multi-jurisdictional and domestic finance transactions.

Imogen has worked on a diverse range of financings and is known for her sensible and commercial approach to deals, distilling complex concepts in a straightforward and digestible manner.
