Justus Seitz

Justus Seitz has been Associate in the Dispute Resolution practice group of Gowling WLG's Frankfurt office since May 2026. Prior to that, that he worked as Associate in the firm's Corporate / M&A practice group.

As Associate in Dispute Resolution practice group, he advises and represents clients in German state court litigations and before national and international arbitral tribunals, across a broad range of domestic and cross-border matters, with a particular focus on complex post-M&A disputes. Further to that he advises clients on general commercial law matter, such as contractual matters, commercial disputes and strategic advice in contentious commercial situations.

Due to his previous role in the Corporate / M&A practice group, he brings experience in advising clients on domestic and international M&A transactions, including the negotiation and execution of complex share and asset purchase agreements, as well as the post-acquisition integration of business units across various jurisdictions. He also advised on general corporate matters, including corporate governance and compliance.

Prior to joining Gowling WLG in 2023, Justus worked for another well-known international law firm.
