Krista Hart

Krista Hart is a law clerk in Gowling WLG's Ottawa office, practising in the Advocacy department.

Prior to joining Gowling WLG, Krista worked as the sole law clerk for one of the top senior litigation lawyers in Ottawa. In that role, she worked on every aspect of a file, from opening to trial.

Krista has strong experience in preparing all the necessary documentation for court. She has personally attended discoveries, motions and trials in Ontario and Quebec, as well as attended judges' chambers — both with counsel and on her own.

Krista also worked in the Intellectual Property department at Smart & Biggar and Fetherstonhaugh.
