Marco Wai

Marco Wai is an associate in Gowling WLG's Waterloo Region office. He advises on a variety of general corporate and commercial matters, including venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance.

Marco received his law degree from the University of Toronto. Prior to law school, he received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University, graduating with High Distinction.

Marco was called to the Ontario bar in 2020 and is a member of the Law Society of Ontario.
