Maureen Morden

Maureen Morden is a law clerk in Gowling WLG's Ottawa office.

Maureen works in the area of health law and medical defence, including supporting lawyers acting as counsel to the Canadian Medical Protective Association and its physicians. Her responsibilities include reviewing legal documents, drafting correspondence, summarizing reports, organizing, tracking and maintaining document files, and case correspondence.

Prior to joining the CMPA General Counsel Group as a clerk in 2019, Maureen worked as a legal assistant in various other Gowling WLG departments including insurance defence, medical defence, and corporate and commercial law (franchising/leasing).
