Melanie Condic

Melanie Condic serves as counsel at Gowling WLG's Calgary office practising in the Corporate Finance and M&A Group. Her experience includes both public and private corporate finance and M&A, securities law, general corporate and commercial law and energy law.

Melanie has experience advising clients with respect to stock exchange listings, compliance and disclosure requirements, structuring and facilitating asset purchase and share purchase transactions and reviewing and drafting various corporate commercial agreements. She has drafted a variety of business agreements including shareholders' agreements, partnership agreements, service agreements and supply agreements.

Melanie has been involved in a variety of capital raising and M&A transactions including prospectus financings, private placements, qualifying transactions for capital pool companies, reverse takeovers, exempt takeover bids, plans of arrangements and dual listing applications.

Melanie also volunteers with Calgary Legal Guidance's immigration clinic.
