Tim Casben

Tim manages the UAE offices in Dubai and Abu Dhabi with teams focused on corporate, intellectual property, technology and infrastructure.

Tim also heads the regional corporate team and provides corporate advice to corporations, institutional clients and ultra-high-net-worth family businesses from and investing in the MENA region. The team advises on all aspects of corporate and restructuring work, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, pre-IPO fundraising, IPOs, stock exchange transactions, joint ventures and general corporate law. Tim offers a high-quality partner-led service aligned with clients' business needs. He works for a wide spectrum of international and regional clients providing commercial, solution-driven advice across the MENA region, delivered in a pragmatic, practical and cost-effective manner.

The team work closely with colleagues in the technology, intellectual property, hospitality, healthcare and infrastructure sectors to provide a complete service for clients.

Tim moved to Dubai in 2009 following 12 years of experience in the London corporate team focused on capital markets, venture capital and M&A.
