On Aug. 31, 2018, Tree of Life Canada ULC acquired a strategic equity stake in four Canadian firms:

Bourrie Sales & Marketing Limited of Ontario
Binner Marketing & Sales Inc. of Manitoba
Performance Courtier Alimentaire Inc. of Quebec
Mitchell Atlantic Food Services Inc. of Atlantic Canada

Tree of Life Canada is a distributor of specialty and natural foods to both retail and foodservice channels in Canada headquartered in Mississauga, Ontario.
