On Nov. 5, 2019, Draganfly Inc. (CSE: DFLY) began trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange under ticker symbol "DFLY". The company has also filed its long form non-offering final prospectus with the securities regulatory authorities in each of Saskatchewan and British Columbia to become a reporting issuer in those jurisdictions.

Draganfly Inc. is the resulting issuer from a recapitalization transaction between Draganfly Innovations Inc. and Drone Acquisition Corp., a special purpose entity formed to achieve the said objective. As part of the transaction, Draganfly Inc. completed a private placement financing for aggregate gross proceeds of $7,025,749.50.
