Even Matchup Gaming acquise par New Wave Esports (en anglais)

On Feb. 10, 2020, New Wave Esports Corp. ("NWES") announced it had completed the acquisition of all of the issued and outstanding shares of Even Matchup Gaming Inc. ("EMG") not previously held by NWES. New Wave Esports previously held an 18% stake in EMG, an esports events production and broadcast company based in Toronto, Ontario.

Pursuant to the definitive share purchase agreement entered into on November 28, 2019, the vendors of EMG shares received consideration consisting of cash and NWES common shares.

New Wave Esports Corp. is a CSE-listed esports and competitive gaming company that provides capital and support services to esports organizations, teams, leagues, events, platforms, tools, and technology innovators.
