Hakken Capital completes IPO
On March 13, 2020, Hakken Capital Corp. announced that it had completed its initial public offering of common shares in the capital of the company for gross proceeds of $400,000, pursuant to an Amended and Restated Prospectus dated December 16, 2019 filed with the British Columbia and Alberta Securities Commissions.
Hakken Capital's shares have commenced trading as a Capital Pool Company on Tier 2 of the TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSXV") under the symbol HAKK.P.
Denis Silva, Tara Amiri and Raymond Ong of Gowling WLG advised Haywood Securities Inc. which acted as agent for the offering.
