Sayward Capital Corp. completes CPC IPO

On July 19, 2021, Sayward Capital Corp. (TSXV: SAWC) announced that it had successfully completed its initial public offering of common shares for gross proceeds of $500,000. Haywood Securities Inc. acted as the agent for the offering.
Sayward Capital Corp. is a "capital pool company" and intends to use the net proceeds of the offering to identify and evaluate assets or businesses for acquisition with a view to completing a "Qualifying Transaction" under the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.
