QuestEx Gold & Copper acquired by Skeena Resources

On June 1, 2022, QuestEx Gold & Copper Ltd. (TSXV: QEX) (OTCQX: QEXGF) ("QuestEx") announced that QuestEx and Skeena Resources Limited ("Skeena") had completed the previously announced acquisition by Skeena of QuestEx by way of plan of arrangement under the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia).
The arrangement agreement had previously been unanimously approved by the boards of directors of both companies. The Board of Directors of QuestEx had evaluated the arrangement agreement with the company's management and legal and financial advisors and, following receipt and review of a unanimous recommendation from the special committee of the Board of Directors in favour of the transaction, had unanimously determined that the arrangement agreement was in the best interests of the company, and had unanimously recommended that QuestEx securityholders vote in favour of the transaction.
