Our Natural Resources team has advised Andrada Mining Limited, the AIM and OTCQB-listed critical minerals company, on a £5 million strategic equity fundraising involving both a subscription and a placing of new shares.

The financing included a £4.5 million strategic subscription by Talent10 Resources Proprietary Limited, a new cornerstone investor, and a further £0.5 million raised through a placing with institutional and professional investors. The transaction strengthens Andrada's capital position as it continues to develop and optimise operations at its Uis mine in Namibia.

The net proceeds will support the accelerated installation of ore sorters, ramp-up of production at the company's jig plant, and general working capital purposes. As a result of the fundraising, Talent10 has acquired 8.16% of Andrada's enlarged share capital, positioning it as a strategic partner in the company's long-term growth.
