  • ICC arbitration on behalf of a contractor in relation to the construction of a pipeline project in Yemen under bespoke Conditions of Contract. Seat of arbitration Vienna and subject to Austrian law.
  • ICC arbitration on behalf of an infrastructure company in relation to the supply of defective electrical products by an Indian manufacturing company. Seat of arbitration Delhi and subject to English law.
