• Land assembly in East Gwillimbury, Ontario, comprising 145 acres of land, including the acquisitions, financings, equity conversion and ongoing development of a distribution facility comprising 1.9 million square feet. 
• Acquisition by a certain Real Estate Investment Trust of six urban office properties for over $790 million. 
• Lease, leasehold structure and financing at YYZ Toronto Canada on behalf of developer for private jet hanger tenant and aerodrome. 
• Land assembly of properties located at Islington Avenue and Highway 401 for an initial purchase price of over $140 million, including the development, leasing and financing of the site comprising 520,000 square feet and 65 acres of land.
• Sale of 52 acres of vacant land located in Richmond Hill, Ontario, for $108 million.
• Retail leases for an institutional developer in connection with four new development projects in Ontario, BC, Alberta and Manitoba collectively comprising over 2.5 million square feet.
