Sarah Crowe is a real estate and corporate commercial partner based in Gowling WLG's Ottawa office.

Sarah's practice is focused on commercial real estate, with an emphasis on acquisitions, divestitures and leasing.

Sarah is also experienced in the area of corporate finance and has advised lenders and borrowers on numerous debt financing arrangements, including secured and unsecured bank credit facilities, bond offerings and project finance transactions.
