Andreas Hofmann is a Senior Associate in the Corporate Finance and Tax practice group of Gowling WLG's Frankfurt office.

Andreas advises clients in complex national and international tax matters. He has extensive knowledge and experience in the field of tax law, including tax planning and structuring, as well as transaction-related tax advice. He also has particular expertise in real estate taxation and non-profit tax law. He advises and represents clients in tax proceedings, tax audits and in appeals and court proceedings.
