Qualified as an attorney with the Bar of Paris since 2002 and the Bar of New York since 2005, Danhoé Reddy-Girard advises mainly on French real estate finance transactions (for both lenders and borrowers) as well as on corporate and project finance transactions (essentially for lenders).

Real estate finance

  • Advised Caisse d'Epargne Grand Est Europe, Banque Populaire Alsace Lorraine Champagne and La Banque Postale on the financing of the acquisition by NovAlix of a 8,000-sqm building in Strasbourg from Sanofi (January 2022).
  • Advised Tristan Capital Partners on the financing of the acquisition by way of a share deal of a 46,000-sqm office building in Charenton-le-Pont with DZ HYP AG and SMBC BANK EU AG (December 2021).
  • Advised Clarion Gramercy on the financing of the VEFA acquisition of a 74,245-sqm logistics asset in Boisseaux for €46.6 million (March 2021) and a 68,642-sqm logistics asset in Reau (June 2021).
  • Advised Harbert Management Corporation on limited aspects relating to the financing of the construction, through a development agreement (contrat de promotion immobilière) with PERCIER REALISATION DEVELOPPEMENT, of a 55,500-sqm logistics asset in PONT D'AIN (May 2021) and a 110,000-sqm logistics asset in the ZAC BEAUVAIS TILLE (November 2021).
  • Advised Cromwell Property on the refinancing of a portfolio of 12 parcs d'activités concomitantly with the initial public offering of Cromwell European Real Estate Investment Trust (CEREIT) on the Singapore stock market (2018)

Corporate and project finance

  • Advised Caisse d'Epargne Grand Est Europe, Banque Populaire Alsace Lorraine Champagne, Banque Kolb and Société Générale on the financing of the secondary LBO of Hussor (December 2021).
  • Advised Caisse d'Epargne Grand Est Europe and Banque Populaire Alsace Lorraine Champagne on the financing of the inland concessions of Port Rhénan de Colmar Neuf Brisach (April 2021) and Ports du Sud Alsace (June 2021).
  • Advised a pool of banks on the financing of a vehicle tuning company (October 2021).
  • Advised advised a pool of banks on the financing of a methane gas production project (October 2021).
  • Advised a pool of banks on the financing of the acquisition of real estate service companies (March 2021).
  • Advised a pool of lending banks on the financing of the acquisition of a cement company (June 2020).
  • Advised the Crédit Agricole de la Touraine et du Poitou and the Caisse d'Epargne Loire-Centre on the financing of the acquisition by Saint-Gatien group of Courlancy clinics (2019).
