Qualified as an attorney with the Bar of Paris since 2002, Danhoé Reddy-Girard works essentially on real estate, corporate and other finance transactions, for lenders, investors, businesses and public bodies.
He is recommended by Legal 500 and Décideurs for his expertise in real estate finance. He assists mainly lenders but also borrowers with the drafting and negotiation of real estate credit or bond issue agreements as well as with the acquisition of participations in such credits or bonds.
MRICS and selected by his peers for inclusion in the 2020 Edition of The Best Lawyers™ in France for his work in "Real Estate Law", he gives broader advice to real estate investors, owners and service providers: in corporate law (contributions, mergers, dissolutions with or without liquidation), commercial leases, expulsion and debt recovery actions, real estate tax, real estate public law, coordinating the work of specialists.
He also developed a self-contained practice in personal data protection law, covering the drafting of whistle-blowers policies. He drafted contracts, policies, notices and records of processing activities for more than 50 businesses and para-public organisations in relation to the GDPR.
Danhoé Reddy-Girard holds an LL.B. from McGill University (1999, with distinction), a DEA de Droit des Affaires (LLM in business law) from Université Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas (2002, with mention) and an Executive MBA from INSEAD (2011). He is also a member of the New York Bar and the Ontario law society but practices only French law.
