Warren Foley is a partner in Gowling WLG’s Calgary office. His litigation practice focuses on bringing a tenacious, pragmatic and efficient approach to construction and energy disputes.

Warren has appeared in the Alberta Court of Justice, the Alberta Court of King’s Bench and the Alberta Court of Appeal. He is also familiar with all aspects of dispute resolution, including judicial dispute resolution conferences, private mediations and arbitrations. In particular, Warren has substantial experience conducting arbitrations under a variety of procedural rules. Warren serves as a board member of the ADR Institute of Canada.
