Sarah Raja

Sarah Raja is an associate in Gowling WLG’s Toronto office and a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property Group.

Sarah has experience helping clients secure and enforce their intellectual property. During her summer and articling terms with Gowling WLG, Sarah assisted on a range of intellectual property, technology and business matters.

Sarah completed her JD at Osgoode Hall Law School, where she volunteered as a senior clinic fellow and mentor with the IP Osgoode Innovation Clinic. There, she assisted startup businesses with commercializing their intellectual property. In her third year of law school, Sarah completed a placement as a legal intern in the Policy, International Affairs and Research Office at CIPO. She also volunteers as an editor in Carswell’s Intellectual Property Journal.

Sarah has completed the Osgoode Certificate of Entertainment Law, as part of the Osgoode Professional Development program.

Prior to law school, Sarah obtained her bachelor of medical sciences with honours from the University of Western Ontario.
