A number of investment funds are diversifying their current property portfolios into the Build to Rent sector. The sector presents UK and overseas funds with opportunities in London and the regions. Underpinning the viability of such investment is a combination of revenue and capital growth that depends on place, demand, design and management strategy.
We work with clients on developing their rental product and act as an extension of their teams to negotiate and conclude the development, investment and property documentation.
