We process around 5,000 plot sales per year for our housebuilding clients, either supporting their in-house teams during busy periods or managing the entire process on their behalf.
We also provide a fully rounded service for high net worth individuals focusing on due diligence and the protection and value of the asset. Much of our work for overseas investors is the acquisition of prime residential property in London.
